The show “I’m Embarrassed of My Body” received a heartfelt plea from Sergey Telesenko’s mother, whose son was born with a rare nasal deformity that went undetected during prenatal ultrasounds.
Despite no prior family history of such issues, the family struggled to afford the surgery, which is only performed once every decade. Thanks to the intervention of volunteers who brought Sergey’s case to light, a surgeon agreed to perform the necessary operation, offering him a chance at a more typical appearance.
While rehabilitation lies ahead, both Sergey and his mother are overjoyed with the outcome.
Now, Sergey is actively participating in a football club and enjoying socializing with his peers.
